Our artwork is produced to order. While every effort is made to ensure colours and details are accurately represented, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and the printing process.

Frames or accessories shown in product images are for display purposes only unless specifically stated in the product description.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including where pricing errors or stock issues occur.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and dispatched using trusted delivery services. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.

RETROWAVE is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

As most items are printed to order, returns for change of mind may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability
